Dear Oprah
I am so blessed to be able to have an interesting subject that is worthy to share with the people of the world who watch your show. Honorable Oprah, this could be a double blessing if you have me on your show to share the experience of winning a discrimination lawsuit case in the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. In the work place, it was nothing but racial slurs; niggers, monkeys, all black people need to be shipped back to Africa in order to employ all white people, said a supervisor in a work place. The company used Haitian as a curse word to call me. It was very difficult for a black person to get a good job in my experience of working in that company. After calling me all the names above including a piece of crap in front of 13 coworkers for defending my rights, the company has decided to discharge me from my job as a lab technician. 1), I filed a discrimination complaint to EEOC. The EEOC has dismissed the case. 2), I appeal the case to EEOC. The EEOC has dismissed it again. 3), I presented the complaint to the lower court. The lower court has dismissed it. 4), I have made an appeal of the case to the lower court. The lower court appeal has dismissed it again. 5), I have filed a discrimination law suit against the company through the Federal court. The Federal court has dismissed the case. 6), I appealed it to the Federal court. The Federal court has dismissed it again. 7), although my lawyer and I were very discouraged, I made the last appeal before the 11th Circuit Court, which is the supreme court from the State of Florida to Georgia. I won the case. More than 20 companies were fighting against me; regardless, God was with me to win. I write a book of 196 pages with the title: Discrimination in America’s Private Industries to send a wonderful message to my readers and those who are suffering injustice. Here is a copy of my book. So, your show is number one of all shows. I would feel like being in seventh heaven if you grant me the opportunity to fulfill my dream of being your guest.

I starve for your answer.

Respectfully Yours,
